Our sanitization and disinfection technicians use an organic disinfectant that is registered on the EPA’s List N as effective against SARS-CoV2 also known as novel coronavirus, the virus that causes COVID-19. Our same products and processes are currently used by government agencies and hundreds of hospitals, schools and other establishments across the country.
Sanitize Services is The Last Line of Defense Against COVID-19. In partnership with industrial hygienists and microbiologists, our purpose is to help businesses, large and small, re-open and stay open during this coronavirus pandemic.

Using only “spray and wipe” methods can cause cross-contamination by spreading viruses and other harmful pathogens from surface to surface, making the problem worse. There are also strict protocols for proper wiping techniques.
To kill viruses and other microbes, disinfectants must remain on surfaces for a “dwell” time of up to ten minutes. We observe this protocol. Most cleaning companies do not, which allows pathogens to survive.
Many surfaces are difficult to wipe down, are impossible to access, or may get overlooked. We’re able to disinfect even the hardest-to-reach places and cover more area effectively with our “touchless” technologies.
We only use organic formulas that are made of plant and essential oil-based ingredients. They are FDA-cleared for use as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces.
Unlike bleach, our disinfectant is dermally non-toxic and non-corrosive. It is safe to touch and will not damage property or ruin clothes.
There is no harsh alcohol or bleach smell when we are done with our sanitization, disinfection, or decontamination. You can re-enter the building immediately after treatment.

*Most hospital grade disinfectant wipes are ineffective against C. diff.
Here is what to expect when you work with Sanitize Services:
At your convenience, we will schedule a walkthrough. Our estimator will ask you to point out the areas you want serviced so we can measure and take notes.
Our office will coordinate a time and day that fits your business needs (i.e. after business hours). For best results, we suggest a time just after your standard janitorial cleaning.
Upon arrival, our technicians will conduct ATP testing using luminometers. This data indicates how sterile the environment is before we perform our disinfection.
We will clean high touch surfaces with microfiber cloths and our EPA-approved organic disinfectant. We use a fresh quadrant of the cloth for each surface, wipe straight across, and dispose of the used cloths in a polyethylene bag.
With electrostatic sprayers and ULV foggers, we will apply disinfectant to the requested areas and surfaces with the goal of maximum coverage. After spraying, we once again allow for 10 minutes of contact time to ensure efficacy against the novel coronavirus.
Post-disinfection, we will retest the same surfaces that were sampled in our initial ATP testing. If for some reason the results are not satisfactory, then the technician will test more areas and restart the disinfection process as needed.
We will provide a signed certificate of completion for you to display so occupants and visitors know your property is being proactively sanitized. We can also place window decals and yard signs for even more visibility of your prevention efforts.
